The interspersed chassis is assembled on all the trailers to reduce the trailer height and to gain stability on tipping.

The scheme of the trailer box is with holding sides, where we can appreciate the double fold from the box flat, as well as the ribs that are placed entirely from one side to the other one.

It is made of steel structural tube of large elasticity with only one piece. To reinforce the front part of the neck, it is lagged with a steel sheet metal and with 4 support bars from the cylinder to the ball bearing. All suspensions are screwed on the chassis, either on the front and rear part. Furthermore, on the front part, the leaf spring has check strap (rotating leaf spring), giving higher durability and resistance.

Our dual-type machines have the bearing absolutely screwed on the chassis to avoid possible breaks and distortion on the welding. Moreover, in case it needs to be substituted, we will need just two wrenches. Bearings are made of double rolling balls, giving a resistance of 20 tons.

It is ideal for machines that transport delicate loads (fruits, vegetables, etc.). Only till 14 tons.
