
Hydraulic suspension and dribble bars
Gili tankers are manufactured with the latest technologies and the more advanced electronic and hydraulic systems. We have all kind of tankers, with capacities from 3.000 to 27.000 litters, or from the simplest to the most sophisticated.
Bogie suspensions
All bogies are industrial, with leaf springs of 120x20 w and casting supports, all of them screwed on the chassis
Tandem suspension
4 damping leaf springs, two in each side. 3 points of support on the chassis. Suspension through parabolic leaf spring, removable check straps silent rubber blocks (floating leaf spring). This kind of suspension is very stable in driving due to the 3 points of support on the chassis.
Hydraulic suspension for tandem and tridem
It is the most comfortable and innovative option in suspensions. We achieve to give higher comfort, better adaptation to the land and higher oscillation. All of the hydraulic suspensions are self-levelling.
Chasis
Chassis made of steel folded sheet metal, with high elasticity to avoid breaks. All of them have 5 faces for a good adaptation to the tanker and to the axles. Gili chassis are made in order to fit all kind of optional accessories.
Drawbar support
All the installed supports are made of one folding sheet metal piece. These supports are arranged on all the tanker base, so we can give higher resistance and robustness on the support, as well as we avoid that drawbar gets wobbling.
Drawbar
Drawbars are made of folding sheet metal. They are conical, so we get higher resistance where it is needed. All hitch pins come with steel renewable bushes.
Drawbar with spring suspension
On all tanker models is possible the suspension on the drawbar. This is a dumping drawbar model with spring, with a double retention spring which provides higher comfort on the transport.
Drawbar with hydrogen suspension
Another model of suspension on drawbar is the dumping drawbar with hydrogen, which is the most comfortable and innovative in suspensions. Through two cylinders with hydrogen accumulator we get a double function: the suspension of the tanker on the drawbar and the front mobility of the tanker, being able to bring it up and down easily.
Forced directional axle
The axle can be self-directional or guided directional. This last one is safer because it follows perfectly the tractor trace, and also it has the advantage to turn forward and backward.
